Corpus
Corpus is a MoMA exhibition highlighting the works of contemporary artist Kiki Smith whose artwork mainly focuses on themes of the human condition, death, feminism, and sexuality. Smith’s work often highlights the the human form as well as its internal organs and excreta. When viewing Smith’s work, one feels as though she is ripping away one’s usually view of the body and revealing something more within us, a feeling that was incorporated into heavily into the design.
